RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS
The Members shall be entitled to the following rights and privileges:
| To attend and vote at all General Meetings. | |
| To propose candidates for any category of membership. | |
| To participate in the activities of the Society. | |
| To have access to the facilities established by the society with or without charges as may be decided by the Governing council. | |
| To receive a copy of the publications of the society, if any, either free or on such terms regarding the charges as the Board may from time to time decide. |
